Aerodiode's pulsed laser diode driver can generate any pulse from 1ns to CW. The built-in software graphical interface is intuitive, and the functions of each module are easy to operate, with multiple software integration libraries. The laser diode is driven by an internal onboard pulse generator or an external TTL signal to provide pulses. It can be applied to most laser diodes and can also drive butterfly laser diodes at any frequency or duty cycle in CW or pulse mode, with a repetition rate of up to 250MHz. |
Aerodiode's High speed laser diode driver can generate any pulse with a pulse width of 500ps and a dynamic range of 48dB. This driver has functions such as reducing the peak gain switch and three synchronous pulse delay generators. It is equipped with a TEC modulator and can generate high-precision nanosecond pulses through any waveform generator on any board. It can be applied to most laser diodes (butterfly TO packages, etc.). Direct modulation of laser diodes is an alternative method to external modulation such as electro-optic modulation and acousto-optic modulation. Aerodiode's low-noise laser diode driver is suitable for scenarios where noise levels are the main limitation. Its noise level can be comparable to the low noise level of battery drivers in the industry. Other features: Compact in shape, outstanding performance, built-in TEC modulator, internally or externally modulated driving current, compatible with any butterfly package laser (Type 1, Type 2, Type 2 Bias-T, etc.). |
Aerodiode's high-power laser diode driver is compatible with multi-mode fiber coupled and multi emitter laser diodes such as Nlight, Lumentum, IPG, and Dilas. This driver provides a complete low-noise solution, including a 36V-21A driver, TEC device, and air cooling fan adjustment system. It can provide TEC and CTN components, compatible with single or multiple laser diode drivers. This product typically provides CW current, which can also be generated by an internal onboard pulse generator or by an external analog modulation signal. It is the smallest in size among similar performance products and suitable for OEM integration. |
